Special Procedures and Comments: CTAF 126.7 Caution: Wildlife may be on the strip at any time, but especially early morning and late afternoon. Inspection and precautionary approach to land is recommended. There is a variable uphill gradient approx 1.5% on RWY 30. Consider using cross strip 09/27 when strong westerly winds prohibit the use of the main strip. Land 27 – variable uphill gradient over 2% to West, take off 09 – preferred due to terrain and slope. All circuits to the North. Avoid overflying the township below 5000 AMSL, reduce power & RPM if safe to do so. For noise abatement please fly DOWNWIND and BASE legs clear of built up area where possible. |
