Drysdale River Airstrip in WA is part of the Kimberley Aerial Highway – your ticket to some of the most remote coastal and outback treasures in the far north. Only the privileged few have laid eyes on or set foot in Drysdale’s pristine ancient landscapes – from the epic coastal canyons and cascading waterfalls of the Prince Regent River, to the spectacular tiers of Mitchell Falls.
Drysdale Station sits just to the north of the Gibb River Road, almost half way between Derby and Kununurra. In the dry season, between May and September, charter flights to the airstrip can be arranged from Kununurra and most other towns in the Kimberley. Scenic flights, day tours and overnight tours also operate from the airstrip, taking you deeper into true wilderness.
