The Stanthorpe Airstrip in Queensland is on the edge of rural and residential development, and to date is unlicensed. The terminal building contains male and female toilets.
The Airstrip is an important community asset, and one that needs to be developed for the economic benefits to the region. The local Council plans to upgrade the Airstrip to encourage aviation-related businesses to invest. This investment could possibly create jobs within the aviation industry.
