Their sole aim is to give every one of their guests the most unique and memorable experience. Lake Argyle Adventures focuses on exclusivity – tours with a maximum of 12 guests.
Josh is the ultimate guide with an arsenal of talents at his disposal. He ensures you are both entertained as well as educated. He has a background in Zoology and a post-graduate degree in Environmental Management. His passion for nature led him from New Zealand to the beautiful East Kimberley. It is here that he has focused his guiding talents for the past 9 years.
Josh’s love for food is second to none. From as early as 10 years of age, he began cooking dinner for the family. Probably because he held a firm belief that the chef doesn’t do the dishes! As head chef, Josh has handpicked his favourite flavours of the East Kimberley. He uses only the best local and fresh ingredients for both Beyond Argyle and the Gourmet Camp Oven Experience.
Beyond Argyle Tour
Beyond Argyle Tour explores the unique world around our beautiful lake. The tour includes:

The Gourmet Camp Oven Experience
Tonight you embark on a fine dining experience like no other. The Gourmet Camp Oven Experience overlooks Lake Argyle from a private viewpoint. This point showcases local produce in the most spectacular of locations. Soak in the ambience of a Kimberley sunset as it transforms into a star-lit sky, the perfect setting for your 3-course gourmet dinner.

Lake Argyle Kayak Hire
Explore the lake at your own pace when you hire one of our watercraft. Young or old; fit or not-so-fit; complete beginner or advanced – the calm water of Lake Argyle is the ultimate place to canoe, kayak or SUP.
We are happy to give you a few tips to get you started. Then take to the water and away you go!
What to Expect
Kayak: We rent a range of safe and reliable single and double plastic kayaks that track well through the water. These are sit-on-top kayaks and not sit-in kayaks.
Duration: 4 Hours
Inclusions: Your rental includes your watercraft, paddle and life jacket/s. Safety: A safety briefing is provided to you before you enter the water.
Note: Maritime regulations require all paddlers to wear life jackets at all times.
