The Loft
The Loft has recently renovated their incredible historical establishment to showcase to customers the very best our East Gippsland producers have to offer. The chef’s are passionate about what they do, offering a variety of Modern Australian dishes served over lunch and dinner in a truly unique setting. With the launch of a private function room and a beautiful shaded outdoor alfresco as well as the large open interior of these old converted Stables dating back to the late 1800’s, we are able to cater to all groups large and small. Thai Monsoon
Your hosts are chef Tik and wife Katrina. Tik comes from a small village in Surat Thani province of southern Thailand. He has gained most of his cooking experience in his family’s restaurant from a very young age.
Tik and Katrina owned their own café/beer garden in Ban Tai village on the island of Koh Phangan before immigrating to Australia in 2007 and opening in Bairnsdale in 2011.
Our food is designed and prepared by Tik, who is passionate about delivering the true flavours of authentic Thai cuisine, its ingredients and tradition.

The Old Grain Store
The Old Grain Store has been part of Bairnsdale for over 100 years. It was refurbished into a restaurant 2 years ago and has managed to keep it’s rustic charm. Our restaurant offers guests a spectacular backdrop and an unparalleled dining experience.
