The newly renovated accommodation sleeps 12 and is situated right in Groper Bay, with stunning beach and cliff top views. It is also conveniently located just a few steps from the island’s airstrip.

Immerse yourself in the history of Flinders Island and visit the Kapara coastal steamer wreck, Bryant’s Bay ruins, natural springs, historical shearing shed and guano mine caves.
Surf, snorkel and dive the crystal clear waters right in the main homestead bay. Watch dolphins, sealions and the local Western Blue Groper at play from the front deck. Or get up close in the supplied kayak.
A fisherman’s dream. Located in the Investigator Group Marine Park, the diversity and abundance of species is second to none. King george whiting, king fish, tuna, abalone, southern rock lobster. Bring your own rods and fish from the many secluded bays.
